diri sa pilipinas, wala gyuy maka lupig sa mga ala boys. pero kung pang world title na, they need to level up their training and tactics.

Ang kulang sa ALA gym ili ang trainer or conditioning coach.Kinahanglan mangin maro ilang matchmaker parehas ni Arum.Puro mismatches nga dili halata.

sakto ka bro, wa sila ika counter sa dirty tactics sa ila manga kontra.

limpyo rasad kaayo mu away si banal, sagulan unta nila ug minaldito na tactics.

kita kog documentary sa discovery channel,

regarding sa training gym ni nacho (trainer ni marquez)

daghan sya trainee, nya usa ka trainee mag tindog nya mag hold sa iyang ulo. nya naa fellow trainee nga mag linya atubangan niya, nya sumabagon lawas (particularly sa ribs), nya next nnasad wahhahaha

i dunno naa bay training ang ala nga ing.ani, mayta maka tan.aw pod ko , wa man ko kita

Default Typical ALA Performance

Ang blema sa ALA nga system, they are so much into themselves, ga tuo sila wala nay mas makalabaw sa ila training. Sakto and mga posts, very similar styles ang ila tanan boxers.
Nakastorya nako pila ka stars nila, dili sila allowed mag heavy weight training kay mu bagal kuno ila lihok, kataw-an lang sila mga old school boxers kay kutob ra kuno sila 10 push-ups per set. Angay na jud ilison!
