To all teams who are interested to join the Istorya.net Basketball League 3rd Conference please have your intentions informed to our committee heads by attending the basketball sessions every friday and sunday at these locations: Friday - Sacred Heart for Boys Basketball Gym @8-10 PM (look for stradnus, monrose, karljadon, metallica) Sunday - Atillo Gym @9-12 AM (look for salot, stradnus, monrose, karljadon) As per our meeting this afternoon. We will only accomodate up to 12 teams of maximum 15 players/team. This is is a first come first serve basis. Just ask the committee heads for clarification. By the way. Commercial, X-Commercial, Varsity, X-Varsity (1995-present) are not allowed to play the League. Thank you! |

ATTENTION:
as discussed last meeting... ENTRANCE: 4,500 for istorya.net team 5,500 for company sponsored team, 5,000 for NONE istorya.net team we have proper invitation letter approved by the admin of this forum, sa katong gusto mangayo pm lang nako para ma prepare nato da-an.. 500 refundable, e hatag namo sa team captain after the whole league.. but if na-ay mga injuries like what happen before automatic ang kanang 500 nga refundable adto nato i hatag sa na injured nga player for financial support, nag depende lang pod sa situation sa iyang injury nga pede nato ma tabangan... we dont know yet if pede pa ta ka hangyo sa sacred heart nga deli pa tas-an ang rate nila kay kong mag league man gud kono lahi na ang rate per hour, and also we put allowance on the table committee, we hope kasabot sad mo sa organizer side we put commitment gyud for this club, bisan pang gasolina lang 1 ka letro... other things nga ato gastohan gawas sa gym and referee, mo hatag sad ta og share sa istorya.net sa ilang mga outreach activities like tree planting, feeding program, og uban pa.. pag 2nd conference naka hatag pod ta ato.... in ana man gyud na.. sharing is loving.. so share gyud ta ug unsa na-a nato nga wala sa uban.. sa katong na-ay mga uyab diha e share na ninyo sa uban nga walay uyab..  hehehe...first come first serve na atong rules... 1.istorya.net team a 2. istorya.net team b 3. istorya.net team c (kinsay interested mo dala aneh) 4.bruins 5.x-comp 7. nu-tech 8. junax 9. ayala hawks 10. 2-clicks 11. spartans 12. stingers sugod na me accept sa inyong line-up and 70% down sa entrance fee, deli ta mo start if deli maka 70% down tanan team, para deritso2x atong duwa..  good luck sa tanan team.. PRELIMINARY RULES
ELIMINATION ROUND -> Elimination round format is single round-robin. -> There are a total of twelve (12) teams divided in two (2) brackets. Each team will play five (5) games in the elimination round. PLAYERS -> Only fifteen (15) players are allowed to be in the active roster/line-up and allowed to play in the whole tournament -> Ex- and current college varsity players from 1995 onwards and current high school varsity and any ex- or current commercial tournament players are not allowed to join the tournament. Any team that will incur this will automatically lose the game. -> Maximum of three(3) players who stands 5'10" or taller are allowed in the team's line-up. The 4th 5'10" or taller player will be disqualified and all points scored will be deducted from the final score. PLAYING RULE -> The first eight (  players will play for the whole first quarter. Substitution is allowed for the first eight ( players only.-> The last seven (7) players will play for the whole second quarter. Substitution is allowed for the last seven (7) players only. Otherwise, if the players could not reach the desired amount, the opposing team shall chose of who from the first eight ( will be added to the second quarter.-> All active players in the said game are allowed to play on the second half. Substitution is allowed. PLAYING TIME, TIED SCORE AND EXTRA PERIODS -> The game shall consist of four (4) quarters of ten (10) minutes each. -> There shall be intervals of play of one (1) minute between each quarter and extra period. -> There shall be an interval of play of fifteen (15) minutes before the game is scheduled to begin. -> There shall be a half-time interval of five (5) minutes. -> The 1st half is a running time type of game until it reaches the two minute mark of the first half.. -> The intermittent time type of game is applied only in the 2nd half and during the last two (2) minutes of 1st half. -> If the score is tied at the end of playing time for the fourth quarter, the game shall continue with an extra five (5) minutes as is necessary to break the tie. -> If the game will go to overtime, an interval of one (1) minute is applied. -> Teams shall exchange baskets for the second half. -> Each team is given one (1) time-out in each of the first 3 quarters and two (2) time-outs in 4th quarter. If the game will go to overtime, each team will be given an additional time-out, one (1) time-out. |
