hoist, i thought we've talked about stopping all the gay-stuff... well, it goes to show that one can't deny one's nature. he he he

i'm going to miss another training session later. i'm officially back to being a tax-paying citizen of the philippines. my current schedule will only allow me to practice sundays at baseline. i hope normster pushes through with the saturday free spar sessions at loft.

well, i'll see you guys pretty soon. (we're all pretty and i'll see you soon!)

Guys, a little announcement.... saturday is free to all members at loft... open mats guys... from 6-9 pm... people who i dont know ro from other gyms have to pay 50 pesos per entry.... open mats meaning no warm-up..... pure spar.... go and roll ra jud!
