si Condes is in a middle of a management fiasco while nietes was supposed to fight in dubai had the promoters (third force led by noli eala) bungled up in promoting the fight...

Penalosa is the most tactical fighter the Philipiine has ever produce according to Freddie Roach.I think Philippines has the most world champions as of now.
