I read somewhere that orbs may be caused by particles like dust. Others would argue that they are spirits. For those who think they are spirits, what are the facts that made you believe/think so? Any bases, claims? Curious lang. =)

apil pa ba dre ang astral body? i heard from when i was younger, sa tv, that professor from UP, regarding astral projection, how to develop, etc..
i was trying it back then, concentrate daw ka sa ngit2x nga kwarto and try to let your astral body out of your physical body, then wla ma'y mahitabo..
then after a few weeks of trying, naa nko mga damgo nga naa ko tapad nig ka2og, but then magtalikod man..
But nig mata nko nig ka buntag, ako ra man isa nya locked pod ako room.. could that be my astral and physical body?
nwei, in that dream, murag bug.at ako lawas nig barog, kutob ra lingkod sa bed, then i would see two people or forms cguro, padulong nko, mogamay then modako.. could that be the angel of death magkuha nko?

speaking of orbs... i seen a lot of that on my old bedroom, everytime i woke up late in the evening i would see 1 or 2 balls of light flying inside my room, then taod2x... it will juz flew out the window. Mura man na og fireflies, but funny lang how they get inside my room... close man na ang window sa ako room (sliding glass).
i dunno if they are manifestations of a spirit, but one thing for sure, am not alone in my room. there are tyms also late at nyt, i could see silhouette figure of a man standing beside my bed watching over me.

JX wht u mean ASTRAL PROJECTION - letting ur astral body out of your physical body? coz there's one time, sa ako ko barkada na2log, we are about 7 persons sa room. dli jud ko kalimot ato bro, i woke up at 3:00AM, stood up.. and ako gtan-aw ako mga barkada natulog, katawa pa gani ko kai lain2x lng ila position...normal lng jud tanan. however, pagduko nako, tan-aw nako sa ako tiilan... I SAW MYSELF SLEEPING.... and then pgtan-aw nko sa corner sa room.. naa tao na naka longsleeve and necktie (never saw him jud b4). ni totok cya nako and later nipadulong cya nako floating in the air. i kept on screaming pro la jud cla makadungog nako. whn he was about to grab me, luckily, thank GOD, napatiran ko sa ako tupad na barkada... then didto ko nakamata. grabe kaau ko kasingot.. nagha-ngak. when i looked at the time.. its almost 3:20AM. la na jud ko natulog og balik til morning ato. kinsa pwede makaexplain ani na experience?

Nya ang duha ka figure padung duol nko was either usa ra o duha. bsta modako cya den mogamay..
then after a year or two, nausab napod nga damgo, naglakaw ko sa street, then i realize why am i there? i have no destination nga nahinumdoman plano adtoan and the pavement seems softer for a pavement, and i see a white thread in my feet going back to our house.. i dont know, maybe experts can help..

Guys, i believe it is non of our business to call spirits of those who passed away. I think we should just let them go unless they give signs of unrest. I don't think we would feel good if by the time we pass away, people would also call our spirits. Better focus on our world, the living world. We would eventually die and be release from this body. Let's be patient.

i guess na those spirits na magparamdam are those spirits that are unrests. thats y magparamdam cla maybe magpatabang.
