In the Qur'an nothing is written about having 72 virgins. What we find there instead is that we will be given companions. As for the exact number, it is not known.

These companions are there to serve us and their beauty is beyond our imagination.

Sir Malic, i think they should be referred as Angels and not virgins?
They way they described it, para nako ha, are like angels man gud. murag na stress lang ug maayo ng virgins coz thats how people want to see it... sakto bah?

angels are called by a different name and their main purpose is to serve Allah wata'ala and not mankind.
