what are things being changed?
is it a minor/small or major/big change?

the one bro arubinkun and i were talking was regarding the time of Martin Luther.
and during those times many priests was corrupt and even claimed that the more you give wealth the more your sins are forgiven.
and now a days it doesn't happen anymore (as what i have noticed) and the ones wrong during those times (as i have known) were church leaders and not the RC church.

if you're asking me the magnitude of the changes, i'm sorry, i don't know...

I have seen a few Churches (congregation) of the Catholic denomination that have started adopting Christian ways but still are not letting go of some of the traditions. They have started focusing more on the bible... the priests are basing their homilies more on the bible and some Catholics members are getting involved in bible studies and other ministries that are focused more on knowing who the Catholic church really is for... for Christ alone... and this goes to the other Christian denominations...

Here's what I think about the Christian Faith based on what I read from the bible... Long before, there were already denominations or Lemans term "branches" of the Christian Faith, but their names were based on the places that they were in... this is clear on the Letters of Paul... He actually grouped them according to places and enumerated their focuses, their strengths and their weaknesses...

1 Corinthians 1

1Paul, called to be an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and our brother Sosthenes,
2To the church of God in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be holy, together with all those everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ—their Lord and ours:
3Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Thessalonians 1

1Paul, Silas[a] and Timothy,
To the church of the Thessalonians in God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:
Grace and peace to you.[b]

Which is kind of like what we have today... we have the Catholic Church which branches out to Roman Catholics, Eastern Orthodox Church, Independent Catholics, Liberal Catholics and Lutherans... same as the Born Again Christians which branched out Protestants to the Baptist, Adventist, Evangelical, Pentecostal and much more...

But we have to remember, where this all started... When Christ came down, showed us His love, died for your sins and rose in victory... as He rose to the heavens, that was also the birth of the Christian faith when He finally gave to the apostles the great commission to let the whole world know who Jesus is...

when you ask a Catholic if your a Christian or a Muslim, i think you know what your reply would be... you definitely say, I am a Christian, a member of the Catholic church, right? same thing for the born again...

But you have to remember the essence of being a Christian... the root work, CHRIST, we call ourselves Christians because we are of Christ...

Why the Christian Faith... because among other religions, only Jesus Christ, died for His people to save them from slavery of sin and threw Himself as a sacrificial lamb but rose again to proclaim victory over death...

after reading what our God has done for us, tell me then Why NOT the Christian Faith?

Sorry to ask:

Is it biblical to say "Personal Saviour"?
if Christ will be personal savior can I have HIM also if He's your personal savior?
If you have personal things can I have it also?
can we find Christ is PERSONAL SAVIOUR in the bible?

Peace!
