Personally, I don't like bubbles in my wedding, too dreamy & fairytale like thus not realistic. I also don't like smoke machines coz it's baduy and it's like a disco/concert or a horror flick or poster sa video & photo na.

The best thing you can do is confetti, butterflies & play with the lighting. It is more tasteful & elegant. A good AVP at the reception would also be nice but be sure to get a very big screen and a state of the art, high performance media projector coz getting a cheap & mediocre one can spoil the presentation.

@Lyt.Slpr- We have our own choice though. I dont think using a fog machine is too "baduy" or bubble machine is "too dreamy". kanya-kanyang style lang yan! Wedding in today's era has different concepts and themes if ur themes call for u to use those machines then why not?!

yah, ganahan ko mo gamit ug wide screen. hehehehhe mas maayu man gud e widescreen, den show some parts sa video and pictures during make-up, church and etc.... I think naa dri sa storya ga pa rent ug LCD, but mahal cya mga 4k man guro per hour... just check the previous postings ....

i agree, that's why i said personally. but for traditional filipino or classic elegant weddings, i should say bubble & fog machines are a total NO-NO because of it's unnatural effect. probably during the post reception revelry. such as disco dancing.

with other wedding themes and debuts perhaps these machines are okay. i am not that daring & experimental though & i cannot afford to risk my wedding even if i already attended "themed" weddings. for me weddings should be solemn & "some" [not all] themes makes it otherwise.

fireworks are okay for garden/outdoor receptions.

just my 2 cents...

i would like to share a few of my wedding pictures taken by Hokson Go. sa cafe laguna among reception (ayala). arcy gayatin among gowns. very simple but close to perfect (sa akong opinyon ra ha heheeh)
