SPINRITE works only if the partition table and FAT are still intact.

as i understand it from my phone talk with nutjugger, the partition table and FAT are non-existent anymore.

if your data is very crucial (esp. if its for business use), it's not advisable to tinker it with yourself and try to discover how to retrieve it. otherwise, your data may become impossible to retrieve anymore.
