Logical errors na bro. If there's no important data, re-partition then re-format.
If problem still persists, do a true LLF (or low-level-format) then zero-fill. Then re-partition and re-format as usual. |

The Data are very important that's why i'm trying to recover it. I tried to reboot in a bootable disk and only Drive C cant be read. The other partitions are just okay(the Disk is partitioned to 4).Reformating and re-partitioning is my last option...I'm asking if there is still another method you know (because you are very good in HDD & Mobo) to recover the data in drive C. or any software that you can recommend. thanks!

Since you have very important data in it, I strongly advise you not to tinker with that HDD further. Else you may render the data totally unrecoverable.
But if you still would want to tinker with it and try to recover data yourself, clone it first to another same capacity HDD and use the cloned HDD for your recovery attempts. And since the FAT in Drive C is also corrupted, you can try FDISK /mbr command to reconstruct the boot sector. But do this at your own risk, and this method doesn't work if it's an NTFS partition. You can also try Hard Drive Mechanic Gold Edition to restore corrupted partition and FAT. You can also try Ontrack EasyRecovery Professional v6.0 under Windows, and go for RAW RECOVERY if you fail to reconstruct the FAT. If all else fails, I'm just a text away to help you recover your data. |

Before submitting your dead CPU for repair, try these do-it-yourself fixes first:
CAUTION: Do not attempt these tangtang-taod fixes if you are not confident you can do it properly/correctly, else you will cause further damage to your system. 1. if processor fan is not turning after you turn on power button, could be dead power supply or shorted motherboard. 2. if processor fan is turning: a) try to clean processor heatsink, apply fresh thermal paste, and re-seat processor, memory, and video card. b) disconnect all drives, modem card, lan card, sound card, etc. c) review jumper settings and set the correct jumper settings for Bus Speed, Frequency Multiplier, and I/O Voltage according to your mobo manual. d) replace CMOS battery and clear CMOS. 3. if you don't hear any beeps or you don't see any display after switching power button on even if processor fan is turning, could be dead processor, dead BIOS, defective motherboard. i can help you isolate the problem component, or fix your motherboard/BIOS if found defective. |

here's how to isolate what is causing that problem and how to correct it:
1. loose HDD power connector ipakyu-om (if that's the right bisdak term) ug balik ang mga lungag anang HDD power connector. if you notice, wangwang na kaayo ang ubang metal sleeve ana. humok ra man na, kuhita lang den apply some inward force. 2. defective IDE cable try changing to a known good cable. 3. incorrect IDE jumper setting review your jumper setting if master ba jud, do not use cable select if possible. 7. incorrect BIOS settings set settings of Primary Channel to AUTO...AUTO, or use Auto-Detect feature in BIOS. 8. HDD heat problem try to feel with your hands kon sobra ba ka init ang HDD after some time. mo-auto shut off man gud na ang HDD kon mo-exceed sa maximum allowable temperature ang iyahang actual operating temperature. if sobra jud ka init, it's an internal HDD malfunction (logic board or hard drive asembly) and there's no known long-lasting solution for that except to replace. 9. presence of physical bad sectors in HDD this is one of the culprits of intermittent HDD operation. you need to find somebody who can repair physical bad sectors. if you want, i can help you on this. |
