This game is gorgeous no doubt bout that. Any game that uses more than just shades of gray, black, and brown gets a thumbs up for me.

It isn't really fair to compare a game which is optimized for DX10 to DX9 versions although the difference is really negligible. Graphics have never made a game and high end graphics are available only to a small portion of the audience.
