Default Halo: Reach

Halo: Reach is one of my most anticipated games of 2010. It's expected to be out on November next year and before that, a beta is supposed to happen some months from now.

Some say that the screenshots below are from the beta.

Halo, Halo 2 and Halo 3 were all great games and worthy of the critical acclaim and massive sales. Halo 3: ODST was enjoyable even though it had a short single player campaign.

I expect Halo: Reach to be big.

Yeah I was thrilled when Bungie announced this game. 'Halo: The Fall of Reach' is still my favorite out of the book series.

I never got to read that book. Still I look forward to this game.

VG Arabia Will Halo: Reach match the graphical quality of Killzone 2?

Those screenshots are far too blurry for that site to make any form of comparison. Are the screenshots even legit?

At the end of the day though, having good graphics is one thing but it's the 'gameplay' that matters to me most. Bungie hasn't failed me in the latter.

Check this out

Halo: Reach Video Game, VGA Announcement Promo HD | Game Trailers & Videos | GameTrailers.com

Further cementing Twitter as another avenue for gaming news, GametrailersTV host Geoff Keighley let slip this morning that Halo: Reach, Bungie's supposedly final chapter, will be debuting at this year's Spike VGAs. While Keighley didn't let any additional info slip beyond that tidbit, it's likely that this will be something a bit more meaty than another teaser trailer, if last year's God of War III debut is any indication. Hopefully we'll get a little more information or allusion to some of the speculation that arose from the recently leaked photos of a pre-alpha version of the game, which included indications of a squad mechanic and the possible inclusion of perk-like power-ups.

I hope the trailer would actually show us some actual gameplay footage, rather than a made up CGI one.

The way I look at Halo 3: ODST, it probably serves as a model of design experiments that Bungie could use to make Halo: Reach fresh experience for millions of Halo fans.
