I've been using 3.5 since beta days and I do find it a little bit faster on startup. I also welcome it's 'Private Browsing' feature.
For those people who uses a lot of add-ons, I'm sure it's a bit of a russian roulette at the moment as to which works and what doesn't. But I'm sure it will be sorted out soon enough.

2 addons raman ako, Adblock Plus and Download Helper, then Auto update naman sad ang Firefox.
