We are looking for a property of 30 hectares or more (anywhere in visayas or mindanao) to be developed into a subdivision for our client. We would prefer if its near to a river, lake or ocean. It should have a clean title/s and an updated tax decleration of the property. Anyone who can recommend or refer will be getting a commission if the sale is made.
