Help: Pldt fiber router settings - cannot ping local pc

good day! di ko sure if sakto ni nga area for posting. if sayop, pls lang ko move.

naay mi bag-o router gi provide sa PLDT Fiber plan 1299. ang 4 ka pc naka connect sa bag-ong router sa PLDT. the only thing that was changed kay ang router ra. ang akong problem karon kay dili ko maka PING to any pc nga connected on the same router. gi try pud nako static IP ug same kaayo ang subnet. wala gihapon. gusto unta nako dili na mag bridge mode + another router kay mahal korente.

Router local IP/Gateway: 192.168.1.1
DHCP starts at 192.168.1.2

PC1 <PING> PC2 = Failed
PC2 <PING> PC1 = Failed
PC1/PC2 <Ping> Gateway = Success
PC1/PC2 <Ping> googledotcom = Success

maka access ra ko sa router using "adminpldt" or "admin". naka basa ko about AP Isolation sa internet pero wala ko kahibaw asa dapita usbon sa router. Hope naay maka tabang nako diri. daghang salamat.

Ang 2 PC's are connected to the same router, right?
Nya ang imong gusto nga magkakita ang duha on the same network, right?

Kung naa ka sa Windows Explorer Boss, sa network gani, makita ra nimo ang each other's pc?

Dili kaha na tungod sa "workgroup" sa mong mga PC Boss?
Suwayi daw og butang og the same workgroup for each PC.
Restart, and see if magkakita silang duha.

Question.

Maka internet tanang computers nimo nga nakakonek directly sa fiber router? pagkahibaw nako sa mga fiber router only one lan connection ra ang mogana. Di pwede butangan laing lan connections by default so if need nimo og switch to accomodate more lan connections. Ang mga non fiber routers pwede ra hutdon nimo connect sa tanang ports.

I think naka disable ang incoming ICMP in both PC's
