mahala gd anang 30k na budget...naa baya affordable ra na treadmill. naa mi treadmill worth 12k ra..daghan nice sa chris sports. the cost of the treadmill doesn't really matter as long as kugihan lng jd ka mogamit kay in fairness kapoy kaau ang treadmill pud woi sakit sa bagtak but naa jd cya effect nuon if you are willing lng jd to exercise regulary...hehehe
maybe ganahan ka ug kana electronic nga treadmill...try did2 sa buy and sell portion-healthy and beauty
yep, i prefer an electronic treadmill to keep the pace steady. am just interested to get feedbacks on which brands should i look for kay mahal bya sad. sayang lang if maguba ra dayon.
thanks for your comments anyways!
correct. buy yourself a nice, durable running shoes and start jogging. threadmills like the one's you see in a sport shops aren't really durable with that 30k budget. the threadmills being used by fitness club cost around 200-500k. might as well enroll that money for a year of gym membership.Originally Posted by P-Chan
you can do that in tracks too.. it all depends on you.Originally Posted by jangoironic

nope. i'd run for only about 15mins after workout. that's it for my cardio.
