Actually strictly No overtaking sa left side na ang solid yellow line dili no u-turn. So technically wala kay violation.

Please dont give out wrong informations.
You cannot cross a yellow line unless permitted by an officer or you are turning to a driveway.

And refrain from taking pictures/videos kay unsa sad kaha imong bati on kung videohan ka sa trabaho kay nasipyat ka.
Binayot na nga style. Para rana sa mga showbiz nga taw.

If it is painted next to the center line on your side of the road, you must never cross a solid yellow line unless if you are directed by a traffic enforcer to do so, or if you are turning into a driveway. If the yellow line is on the other side of the center line and the dashed white line is on your side, then you can cross to the other side of the road if it’s safe to do so.
