    kung solid yellow line, technically dili gyud na pwede i cross ang yellow line... mag overtake or mag U-turn

    kung naay aksidente nahitabo kay ni overtake ka, or ni u-turn sa yellow line, looy kaayo ka... kay ikaw sad-an sa tibuok kalibutan

    pero kung safe ra, aw, pag amping lang gud. mao na ang gitawag ug ...practically speaking!

    Ok. So in short, technically, mo apply ang... "You can only deviate from the rules if there is an emergency" mao nay general sense, dili kay personal conclusion.
    You can only cross this line if there is immediate danger not whenever you feel like it. Mao gani naay clause nga "with care"

    Even applies to traffic lights mga sense... During idle times, ila rang i change into blinking yellow which means "warning."

    So there is a rule after all? Di diay whenever you feel like doing something and you can do it anytime basta with care.

    based sa lalis dri naa jud usa sa inyo ang sakto man or basin sakto mo duha sayop lang guro ang pagsabot sa scenario.. ayaw nalang mo paglalis mas maayo guro ug naa mo ma butang na link jud dri about anang solid yellow line mas maayo cguro para masabtan pud sa uban...

    Yes there is a rule. however, there is an exception to every rule. Labi na ang atong kalsada diri Pilipinas..

    Example: the rule should be left lane is a passing lane or fast lane. ang nahitabo sa atoa right lane ang passing lane na hinuon kay naa tanan sa left lane ang mga sakyanan (slow or fast) kay ang right lane gihimong parkinganan sa mga sakyanan.

    Mao nga depende ra jud na sa lugar or sa frequency sa traffic kung practical ba mo u-turn ug single solid yellow line. Pero NEVER jud ta mo overtake gawas sa yellow line for 4 wheeled motor vehicle which is the GENERAL RULE aning Solid yellow line nga topic. Exception ra gihapon sa mga motor.

    It all goes down to "Common sense" at the right time sa usa ka driver.
