About the Network Associate Position:
The Network Associate is the level 1-level 2 helpdesk support our clients rely on. You will communicate with the client via email or phone call.
Responsibilities:
Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium from our Cebu Office
Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services.
Assist with the migration of Microsoft applications to cloud, specifically Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, AD and Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012
Configure and migrate files and email from on-premise to Microsoft Office 365
Provision and configure virtual cloud IT environments
Provision and configure physical and virtual network environments
Manage and maintain virtualised/cloud IT environments based on VMWare and HyperV
Documentation of all key IT systems
Keep a detailed timesheet of your daily activities
Skills and Experience
Strong verbal communication, preferably experience working with Australian or British companies
Highly professional written communication exceptional understanding of the English language
Experience in a Business to Business (B2B) technology role
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
Ability to adapt to a broad range of issues and challenges
Close proximity to GAGFA, Cebu
Knowledge of desktop support, remote access technologies, and basic windows and Microsoft Office configuration
Knowledge and understanding of active directory, cloud environment and system networking.
Strong customer service skills
