I think two aspects: knowledgeable ka or lack of knowledge ka, both threats na sya.

Like for example, for cyber security, lack of knowledge ka so there is a possible nga ikaw ang target bec it will be easy for them to get the information from you.
Another, you're the one holding the information which is the asset of the company so it will be a threat.

Medyo broad man ang term na Security Awareness, maybe you can zero in a specific awareness. There are many security awareness man gud like Personal Security, Cyber Security, Home Security, Corporate Security to name a few...

Zero in on a specific one and I'm sure a lot of people here can share their ideas.
