Guys, what 'desktop' quadcore processor and graphic card with the "lowest" power consumption you can recommend?
Im planning to build one for downloading and some basic workarounds...

any 3rd or 4th gen intel i5 proc + low end GPU with no external power (i.e. GT 640 or even GTX 750)...
by the way, why quad core for basic and downloading only?

integrated gpu sa intel is good enough, unless need nmo to do more gpu stuffs or gaming.
