Default What is a good performing SSD with good value for money?

im gonna need an SSD soon. ive read reviews and so far 3 items have caught my eye.
    in the 240GB-256GB range

    sandisk extreme 2
    Crucial M550
and of course the most recommended Samsung 840 EVO

    my reasons:
i need a good fast boot
my applications take about 1 to 2 min to boot up. (revit 2014)
lastly lower power consumption (weakest reason)

since i posted "VALUE" performance per cost is a must.
of course lets not ignore longevity, this in fact is equally important as VALUE.

Pls Post Recommendations and your reasons for recommending it.
Reason is important. i dont want to be recommended an SSD simply because you sell it. even if you sell the item id like to hear good reasoning whether it be good waranty, good value, or good performance.
and if possible, also indicate where to buy. for example kana crucial m550, i havent seen it around locally yet...

    and if setup matters:
    i7 4770 non-k
    Gigabyte H87m-d3h
    16GB kingston hyper x black
    250HDD system
    2TB HDD
    500GB HDD
    850W PSU

the SDD will replace the 250GB OS drive and ill repurpose my 250GB drive.

i'm using San Disk Extreme 120GB no issues fast boot up. .I think it's just a matter of your choice. .

so far, ang bang-for-the-buck nga SSD karun is Crucial MX100 256GB or 512GB (stay away from the 128GB version cause of the poor Write performance). around 5.5k ang 256GB, 10.5k ang 512GB. performs just like a Crucial M550 but is priced similar (or even lower) to a Crucial M500. based on benchmarks posted on the web, the 256GB version performs a bit faster than my previous SSD w/c was a 128GB OCZ Vertex 4 (w/c is a very fast SSD in the 120GB+ category). if you want, i can post benchmarks of OCZ Vertex 4 128GB vs. Crucial MX100 256GB when i get mine hopefully tomorrow. I still have a screenshot of my AS SSD Benchmark for OCZ Vertex 4 128GB; i'll compare it to the MX100 256GB.

Naka experience ko ni Samsung, non evo lang to na 840, pila ka days na paig man. gipa pa RMA nako rn.

kusug mu init? would you say that it needs active cooling solutions?
unsa na material iya kaha? plastic na? if so, heat will get trapped inside and maybe mas maayo hubo-an ang SSD nya butangan og fan?
