mao pud ni ako problema kay insomiahon kaayo ko. mura ko manok matulog kay short and mabaw kaayo. di ba kaha mabuang nako ani madugay na walay tulog kay mu-give up na ako utok mapraning nako! hhaha. bitaw effective ng allergy meds pero habit forming lang. naa pud katong gikan sa US na pampatulog sya but non-habit forming. kalimot ko name.
being not able to sleep for atleast 6hours for adults is not normal. lack of sleep can cause early death. there are many ways to get quality sleep. what i recommend is taking supplements like melatonin or any sleeping pills, exercise 30mins a day. you also need to take vitamins
exercise in the morning not on the afternoon..relax lang..may pag magbasa ka..katug jd kah..d gani inum ug beer..haha
Inum ug 2 glasses of milk before sleeping. It's really relaxing.
exercise and proper diet will help you get quality sleep. im a call center agent yet, i have no problems sleeping. in the past, this really is an issue but since ive been living the healthy way and exercising, sleeping now is not really an issue anymore

diba kung magsleeping pill ka mo consult usa ka ug doctor kay basin matiwasan pud ka kay pataka raka ug inom ug sleeping pill>?
