Curious sad ko ani sauna so ni research ko. Ni try sad ko ask ug doctor ug uban fitness people sa other forums. Ingon sila dili daw ni mo work. There is no such thing as "miracle weight loss drug" daw. Dili sad daw tinood doctor si Oz and the general consensus is that OZ is a Quack hahaha

for me lang i don't think miracle weight loss drug cya, supplements lang cya to control appetite and sugar cravings and to increase metabolism.. i tried gud na healthy eating lang and exercise last year di makaya skong lawas luya kaayo ko.. sa youtube or uban gud na advertisement ani no diet, no exercise you'll lose weight daw grabe pod og marketing strategy woi daghan na unta daot ron kong mao nah!hehehe bsta ako happy raman ko sa result this supplement plus healthy lifestyle..
