you need a DLCI number provided by your SP. You also need to check what LMI's they are using for the frame-switch.

are you connecting your network to a remote site? how many sites? or is this a frame-relay connection to the internet?

    example:

    interface serial 0/0
    encapsulation frame-relay
    frame-relay lmi-type ansi

    interface serial 0/0.XXX point-to-point
description *** CONNECTION TO INTERNET ***
    ip add a.b.c.d 255.255.255.252
    frame-relay interface-dlci XXX
    bandwidth 512

be sure to no shut the physical interface after you have configured frame-relay

if this is a stub network, don't forget to put a default route out of your network
