Default Food and Recipe Bloggers - Ari ta ninyo!

Hi guys and fellow istoryans, reading through the threads I haven't seen any food/recipe blogs much. So I would like to dedicate this thread to fellow Istoryans who have their very own blog pages.

Feel free to share your links, stories and reasons why you decided to put up your own blog site.

So I'll start..... I have a recipe blog about Filipino dishes and other recipes, and out of boredom ni akoa kay I've been cooking for so long since my grade school years and I always have this mindset that "food is meant to be shared". Anyway, feel free to visit my page at Rica's Kitchen | Homemade Cooking Straight from my Kitchen.

    Hi Rica,

My food blog is no longer active since 2011 since I didn't have
time to update it. Now I've got more time on my hands, I am
eyeing on tweaking it a bit.

Can you please recommend me how and the right people to
go to if I want to have my own domain? I tried signing up for
Google but the mode of payment is through credit card pm.
I don't have one though and even Paypal. Is there any site
which accept cash or I can course it via bank deposit?

    Thanks.

    Hi Sis,

My domain is from abroad, it's actually given by a friend of mine. So libre ra siya... But if you want to have a cheap one, I can recommend a friend here in Cebu. Ang iyang fee for the domain and hosting is only Php 1650.00 per year. Barato na kaayo na sis as I've checked around. Let me know when you have decided na so I can give you his details.

    Hi Bey,

ask beor about domain stuff and hosting. He can give you a good estimate on how much it costs.
