I got this from the net.
It is known that the electricity that comes to our homes is not stable in nature. There are many fluctuations, raise and falls, and surges/Spikes in this current. This unstable current cannot be used by any of the household appliances. Moreover, the fluctuating current wastes the electric current from the circuit by converting electrical energy into heat energy.

Pero kana baya gepang testing2x sa Ace Hardware / SM nga getauran ug ammeter, ka bantay jud ko mogamay ang iyang power consumption.

If ang load nato sa balay kay lights and audio / video appliances (including computers) ra, I don't think maka hatag ug dako significance ang power saver.

Pero if naay aircon, ref, washing machine, etc... naa siguro savings gamay.

by the way, nabasa nako sa sulit.ph ang review ani,.. naa daw hapit masunugan og balay, pirting aso2x na daw sa ilang power saver maylang gani daw nabantayan sa ila katabang.... mahadlok naman hinuon ta mopalit aning litsiha ni....

uso na ra ba ang LED lighting karon, wa epek na gyud ni ang Power Saver.
ang mga aircon, nag inverter na pud....asa kaha mosulod ang power correction ani.

ang demo sa ACE hardware/SM tinuod na!
Pero ang gigamit tingali nga mga test electrical devices mga sobra ka lagging ang power factor.
ballast nga .6pf or motor nga .5pf hehehe

^^ possible pod noh... gepa lagging nila ug maayo ang test equipments sa Ace / SM hardware.

Naana man pod mga energy efficient aircons / refrigerators, mga CFL ug LED lamps.

Pwede siguro ni bungkagon nato ang powersaver, para kita nalang mabuhat at a lower price.
