• 18-30 years old
• At least 2 years in College
• 5’0 in Height

Requirements:

• Resume/Bio-Data
• Health Certificate
• Police Clearance
• NBI Clearance
• Transcript of Records
• Birth Certificate/NSO
• SSS form: E1/E4/E6/SSS ID
• Occupational permit from Cebu City/Mandaue City Hall
• Cedula & Barangay Clearance
• 2 Long White Folder
