    this was my experience, when i was still an agent...

    gikan mi namista sa car2x ato...nauli mga around 7pm na. night shift namo is 11pm. so mejo kulang sa tulod then duka pa jud ni-duty.

    while waiting for a call, i was singing Bananas In Pyjamas theme...then a call came through, and so i conducted the survey with her...pag abot sa ratings part...

    me(nagduka nga gi-memorize ang survey): ma'am using a 1 to 10 scale, where one is not at all satisfied and 10 outstanding (mao man siguro na nga rating?), how will you rate the timeliness of the customer service representatives?
    interviewee: a five...
    me: what about the knowledge of the customer service representatives?
    interviewee: a five...
    me: what about the "BANANAS?"
    interviewee: what about what??
    me (nakamata kay nakalitan): ma'am, i said the courtesy of the representatives. how will you rate it?
    interviewee (nalipat): oh! that would be an eight...

    after ato, naka-ingon jud ko di nako mo-usab ug laag-laag basta naa koy night shift..kulba man diay.. )
