    In an inbound account..

    An agent was talking to a customer who was having problems with his cable connection. There was a sudden beep while in the middle of giving instructions..

    AGENT: Hello Peter? Peter, are you there?

    CUSTOMER: No, this is John.

    Agent: John? What happened to Peter??

    CUSTOMER: I don't know. There's no one here by the name of Peter.

    Agent then realizes it was another call..

    AGENT: (almost at loss for words to say but then remembered..) Oh!..Uhh..Thank you for calling _________cable TV Sir. How may I help you today?

    This actually happened from one of my agents.

    CSA: I'll spell out your user ID back to you just to make sure it's correct. D for Delta, I for India, G for.. (nakalimot sa phonetics) G for Gebra.. Aw, G for Golf! Sorry sir..
