lots of bloopers gyud in call centers. some bloopers are actually downright stupidity.

was mentoring a new agent. and was basically listening to him take calls when dili gyud cla mag konek sa customer so told the agent to put the customer on hold and ........

agent: can i hold you for a minute pls?
cust: what?
agent: i said can i hold you?
cust: no no wait!
agent: i'll hold you now.

toink toink! finished the call myself. tried letting the agent barge in on me while i take calls but when his 2nd and 3rd calls were similar. got him fired. sorry...but....dili na gyud matabang!

customer: toot...toot. toot......toot....toot..........
me: (thinking what!) ahm...excuse can you say that out loud pls..
customer: oooh. ahm...it's... ahm..
me: did you think i was an answering machine?
customer: yes!

cust: are you indian?
me: no. why?! do i sound like one?!

defensive! hahaha!

that was a funny call actually the customer kept on eating chips so i could hear crunching sound all the time and the customer would pause in between words/sentences to eat.


i can very well understand some stupidity of agents they're new this is mine during a simulation call

cust: i can't remove the floppy disk
me: have tried reaching for it with....blah blah blah
cust: yes and i can't reach it
me: ok let's open the chassis of your computer then.

whaaaaaaaaat! the customer has a laptop. LOL. apparently i was reading the DSN tree for dimension instead of inspiron. stupid stupid!


i was doing tech support for a customer and somewhere along the way i fell asleep
cust: what?
me: ah what did i just tell you to do?

apparently i was sleep talking! LOL.

of course! doesn't take a genius to figure it out. (dell tech sup, ESC, dimension n inspiron and DSN tree) and also if u know me before i've already mentioned it here in the forum i worked for etel.
