Are proxy servers safe to use from hiding your IP?

Your IP > web proxy > another web proxy > another web proxy > website IP.

ciaro tulo ka proxies matrace ka pa nila?
mas maayo if ang countries sa tulo ka servers lain lain.
kanang kontrahanay nga goberno para dili makapangayo ug logs.

by the way, have you heard about LOIC? I wonder how other web servers counter these DDOS attacks aside from over provisioning bandwidths, changing static IPs and using IPS/IDS..

i.e: How will you know nga securely vulnerable imong site if hackers does not exist? HEHE

Gusto lang ko makat-on unsa-on pagpalig-on sa site security. And how will you know that your site is secured you don't know how to penetrate the current security strategy being implemented on your site.
