now, i want a strong enough something that would just make me forget about me so i can stop thinking about myself and my problems. it's selfish, i know, but i cant seem to stop
sis, ask lang ko if naa ka contact # anang Ms. Lee of UP? i wanna help my friend overcome her depression gud.. thanks daan

    You can try this psychologist.

I'm not sure of his rates because he's my uncle and he won't talk money with me. But I like his approach to psychotherapy.

    Cool Psychiatric Technician (nuthouse_worker)

To all, I have seen all kind of depression, from catatonic type (walay emotions) to manic depression (suicidal type). I have been working diri sa New York State Hospital for 11 years since graduation from USC main (hurrah carolinians!). The best support a patient can get is from family support. There are 2 types of depression sources. 1) Drug induce and 2) Heridity but both could happend at the same time, drugs may magnify the onset of depression. Among treatments, antidepressant is a must but must follow a rigorous routine, meaning kinahanglan gyud sundon, kay skipping this will result to manic depression. Ang reason behind is that the body that is used to happy drug (antidepressant) will produce dopamine sa synapse sa brain neurons. Pero the moment nga mo skip ka sa pills mag pangita imong lawas which will result to manic depression. So among the drugs Paxil (pinaka karaan), Prozac (maka tambok), Celexa (also maka tambok), Lexapro (maka hyperactive), Effexor, Remeron, Xanax and Wellbutrin. Any of these are effective basta sundon lang ang dosage sa psychiatrist. Most important, any side effects, mood discomfort or changes in the body, kinahanglan e'notify and inyong doctor.

PS. sa mga depressed, dont self medicate! drugs like shabu will make it worst, they will kill your brain cells resulting to holes in it like swiss cheese. Drinking alcohol will also make it worst kay downer na siya, bisan unsa pa kadaghan sa imong ka tagay.
