Went to La Busa Italian Restaurant along Wilson St. with some Swiss Italian visitors. It was a bad dinner as the food served were not so warm. Small servings. Nothing fantastic nor Italian at all. There are better places in Cebu City. And worse, they did not want to give us the necessary government discounts until we threaten to file a complaint with the City Hall. We had to request and insist for our Official Receipt which they reluctantly complied!
Definitely will not go back and will never recommend the place.
