ask lng unta ko aside sa qualfon ug cvg nga comcast account, unsa pay non phone support nga accounts, or BPO inyo nahibaw-an?

i've tried voice accounts pero stressful man gud, nya unfortunately ni taas jud ako BP tungod sa akong last account nga 90% irate callers hehe..

get out of the call center industry.....
just my piece of advice...
get a good day-job....you can ask a lot of people who we're from call centers and dropped....and you will know how happy they are to get out of it....i'm one of them....

I dont think because sa voice ning taas imong BP, main reason for that is lack of sleep.

Murag sa SupportSave naay chat support pero murag mo take man ghapon ug call gud gamay.

thanks for the solid advice kit_cebu, the thing is, i'm a nursing grad. i would love to get a job sa hospitals, kaso wala man gud koy backer, so i'm thinking mag ipon lng sa ug money..

my cousin had a low-paying job as a nurse to that ex-f**king-pensive hospital named Chong Hua for 6 years....at 6k-9k per month.... 6 years....timan-i....now, she's in london....earning 6....figures.... cool huh?

just a piece of advise rana...well, not necessarily advise...maybe an example....i should've been a nurse unta...sayang...

have tried applying to hospitals.. unfortunately, everytime i apply, i'm asked: "kinsa ga refer nimo dire?".. so connection man dayn pangitaon T.T

anyhoo, call girl nlng jd ako role sa world..

if anyone has a kind heart nga nakahibaw ug call centers with agents doing outbound calls, instead of inbound.. that would be really helpful! (*except sales unta*)

master kit's right miss...be career oriented taas mn gni ako BP nga wala ko sa BPO how much more kung naa ko dha unya galingkod ra ko all night long receiving irate calls? murag nastroke na ko rn hehe simbako...

dli nimo makuha ang imong gusto na pay and position dha2x dayun...you work for it and earn it. and speaking of job security? you will never find it in call centers...

Try Accenture kanang ila Data Analyst na position. Well kung outbound Opinionology formerly Wester Wats. Part time ila sched ana. Magsugod yata ug 4 or 5am then 6hrs yata ang duty.

ana gud na TS.. but mas nice kong sa imong nahuman ka mapadong... try & try lang gud.. public or privte... kay target nimo sa gawas man sad.. gain lang sa og xperience kay mao manay qualification...
