easy landtrip CEBU-MANILA help?

directions from cebu to manila..help me guys..planning to go to manila via landtrip..easy way..to save gas,time and energy..hehe

All travel time are approximate and depends on a lot of factors.

1. Drive to Bogo, northern Cebu - 3hrs
2. Roro from Bogo to Cawayan, or Cataingan, Masbate - 5 hrs
3. Drive from Cawayan or Cataingan to Masbate City - 3 hrs
4. Roro from Masbate City to Sorsogon - 3 hrs
5. Drive from Sorsogon to Manila - 10 hrs

It's not easy. Its time consuming, It requires a lot of energy, and it's expensive.

Easiest would be to fly.

If you really want to experience land trip. Just leave the car and hop on a bus.
There is a daily airconditioned bus from Cebu to Manila vice versa. Name of the bus is Rorobus and it leaves the Cebu North Bus terminal every 7PM. Takes the same route as mentioned above.

--take any of the roble ships going to ormoc/hilongos (for suv cars that will cost you, ranging from 2.5K to 3K petot)
-- from there, you take a route going to Northern Samar (ALLEN)
--and take another ferry/roro vessel to Matnog, southern luzon with maybe the same cost or a bit more, not sure though.
--from matnog, it's easy to find your way up to the capital. just make sure you have all the maps and other travelling paraphernalias

Puwede sad na ang gi suggest ni joop via Leyte and Samar.

You get to pass by San Juanico bridge.

Problem is the roads in Samar is terrible.

for me mas maayo cebu-ormoc sakay ka roble, then land trip to samar
then sakay na sad ka roro para sa matnog.
2 ra ka roro imo sakyan via leyte-samar-luzon route

It's expensive if you compare it to the promo fares of Cebu Pac and AirPhil and even expensive compared sa Superferry. But if your idea of travel is all about the trip and the places that you will see and pass by, then it's worth it.

Don't know the exact fare karon. Murag 1.7K excluding the roro pero early last year pa na nga price.

dli cxa expensive bro kung daghan mo.. we have done this before sa amo family. lingaw sad cxa kay new places and inyu ma ad2. abot gani mi Baguio. try to check sa internet and bring map gyud. i suggest katong easy map kay naa mga street updates like one ways and no entries.

Already tried this route but I used the Bogo-Palompon roro.

Bisag from Tacloban to Allen lang lisod kuha-on ang 6hrs nga drive sa kaguba sa agi-anan.

The Cebu-Masbate route is faster. Twice man gihapon ka mag-roro.

Actually sakto kung daghan mo kay mas makabarato ka expecially if your idea of a trip is laag-laag lang unya wala mag-dali. You got to experience a lot of places.

But aside from this murag alkanse giyud. Bun-og kaayo sakyanan.
