I'm ok with the trans axial highway but I vehemently disagree with the privatization of the project and the TOLL.

The end result ani if i-toll kay ang dili ka afford, dili mu gamit sa road so ang mga naay kaya ra ang maka benefit.

Ceding the project to a private firm is an admission of the governments inability to provide basic services to its people. Dapat i-tarong sa ni ang org structure sa DPWH and make sure nga ma minimize ang corruption nila ... then sila na bahala mu build and maintain the trans axial highway


A good way to start would be to build a transaxial highway from Carcar to Danao.

oi, Diyos Mio . . ayaw lang tawn nang train. please people, one manila is enough. let's not make cebu another disaster and a mirror of what's manila now.

let's make a big favor for our future cebuanos (pero ug naai taga mindanao diri ug mga ubang lugar na bisaya na niapil sa success sa cebu, aw apil. hehehehe) by giving them WIDE ROADS.

mass transit will be okay if done underground. pero if most of you agreed lang kai mass transit without thinking about the eye sore it gives when its done? please lang. daghan maapektohan sa road widening, oo pero i think it's the most economical way to do it. times are changing, and population is booming. let's not set back the future by band-aid solutions. kai di tanang tawo gusto musakay ug train. naa dyud nai magbuut buut na sakyanan kaugalingon paliton. sobra pa gani sa duha nya padagkoay pag garahe.

trains can wait . . but road widening cannot. kai ngano ug mag train, maundang ang jeep? look at manila now. naa pay train, naa pai jeep naa pai taxi. ang resulta, yagaw tan-awn na mga dalan nya unsafe and prone to criminal na "lansangan" plus the style of those skywalks nila na di lang kai one-tiered naa pa gani na mulabang pa sa pikas side sa train station katong mu laktud sa taas.

I agree with you. But the thing is, mas dugay ug lisod man magpa-approve ug budget kun gikan sa National Gov't. so mas dugay nila makuha ilang kickbacks. Mas dali man maka-shell out ug budget ang MetroPac so mas dali makuha ang commissions. Kung mo-pasar ni sa P&L sa MetroPac, dako gyud chance ma-implement ni.
