@Jabanero: 1984 is pretty interesting, since im done with "A Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley, this was was recommended to me.
Aw not into science fiction i see? i'm in love with Isaac Asimov's works! "The foundation Trilogy" is the cream of the crop for me when it comes to space sci -fi genre. I robot (book>movie but Will Smith did well) is also good along with his other short stories.

As you can guess, I'm more of a fiction type of person, not into autobiographies but i guess it all depends on the prose, how the book keeps me interested long enough. For now, eyeing on Japanese Literature, like those of Yukio Mashima, Mushashi, Soseki etc, btw if any one has a Yukio Mashima copy(any book), pls, pls. let me borrow since my .pdf file is corrupted

Nice! I'd like to swap for this book someday, but I have nothing yet to offer in return

Mine too was borrowed and unfortunately never returned. This was the book that got me started in reading Milan Kundera's works. This was made a movie during the late 80's.. Daniel Day Lewis was the lead actor (I think).
