the one which is less than 10k is the registration. that is, if the registration is not shouldered by Metro Gaisano..

hala wala mi nakadaog...hehehehe...anyways, usually ang kanang mga raffle kay tax free man...it should be in the mechanics if Tax Free xa...but if wala, then the winner should shoulder the tax
