mga masters, what is your take on Double Dragon (DD) IPO?

In terms of valuation, it's kinda high but sentiment is very good. As of now, it's 14X oversubscribed which means 14 individuals want one share of Double Dragon. The Sia siblings showed Double Dragon's financial statements during its IPO briefing and it is very impressive. Though they are new to the property development industry, they can back it up and walk what they talk. Another thing worth noting is the fact that they'd be using 100% of the proceeds to fund projects, especially City Malls, unlike other IPOs or SROs where the proceeds are being used to repay debts. However, there is still the element of hype but after taking into account all considerations and factors, Double Dragon is a good company. What has yet to be seen is will it be a good stock? Chances are, it is.

Ideally, walay minimum bro. You can start with any amount. You can even open an account without funding it yet.hehe.
But for practical purposes, we suggest nga at least P10T kay para di ka maalkansi sa charges.
Regarding the funding and redemption, sa funding, you can do OTC sa BDO, BPI and Chinabank.
For the withdrawal, just click the "WITHDRAWAL REQUEST" button on your account then wait for three days (T+3 man ang settlement). No need na to fill up forms and submit sa among office.
