    another consultant coming to our Mandaue is ... Alistair "Titing" Cortes ... he will be the Firearms maintenance consultant of GOOD Mayor JONAS ... this position is in line with the peace and order thrust of the administration ... Titing is the grandson of the world renowned gunsmith and World War II hero Simeon Cortes ... ... he is the son of Romy Cortes who like his father Simeon is a patriot and a respected gunsmith in our city ...

    Titing was also firearms consultant of tomy osmena ... but his appointment has not yet been renewed as of this posting ... if they don't renew it then all is still well ... and Cebu city's loss is my Mandaue's gain ...
