wala man koi problema tawagan sila, anytime, anyday naa jd mutubag.

morag nanasay laing rasson ang globe ron nga ma putol ang internet..mam/sir mao na putol connection nmo mam/sir kai nag tsunami man sa japan na igo ang mga underwater cables mao na nga putol ang mga connections.. paits klaro kaau mao nasab neh e rasson ron.. sa mga customer services...

hasol naman mangayo pa rebate bro. di gani motubag ang globe sa ila customer service number 173. mo ingon lang "your call is important to us but our customer service representatives are handling large volume of calls...blah blah blah"

mo 2 weeks wala gihapon ko internet. GLOBE is PATHETIC.

mas dali bai ai adto ka sa mga outlet sa globe ayala sm or emall. adto pangayu og rebate..

Update:

due to severe earthquake & tsunami happened in off-coast japan, the east asian crossing submarine cable segments have been affected. ISPs should be rerouting now, "i dont know with the lousy Globe", for the temporary connections. cable ships have already been deployed to fix the problem but delays are happening due to landing factor in japan.
