Let us discuss about energy enters found in man and since this is not a science thread, scientific proof is not necessary. We can use scientific explanations though if we want to so others might have some ideas of what we are hitting on.

Energy centers are also called Chakras, it is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel. These Centers are aligned along our spinal column and it is connected to major organs or glands that govern other body parts. Mystics believe that there are seven major chakras and they are connected also to our being on several different levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.


The 7 major energy centers in our body and the corresponding glands

1. Root - Adrenal
2. Sacrum - Gonad
3. Solar plexus - Pancreas
4. Heart - Thymus
5. Throat - Thyroid
6. Third eye - Pituitary
7. Crown - Pineal

proper radiation of the chakras would result to healthy integration of our mind, body and soul.

if this energy is use to vivify our chakras we can derived great benefits from it. As mentioned before the chakras are connected to our "Being" : emotional,physical,mental and spiritual. All of it can derived much benefit if chi is properly radiated.

nothing official yet. There are different techniques available one of them is by daily practice of Tai Chi. In Tai Chi the lifeforce is slowly activated. Meditation can also help you.
