Can you share to me unsa ang Pentax company in terms of career growth, competitiveness (training, salary, environment) and is their opportunity to be trained abroad.

Production eng'r/foreman for 5 yrs ko sa pentax before ko ni.abroad last year.
salary kay same other japz company sa meps, lower sa american mfg.
been to japan twice, 6 months ang last nako na training to start up new section
ok ra ang working environment depende sa amo, japs boss nako kay buotan man, no comment sa local boss
Pentax is good training ground for prod/mfg eng'r, mostly dili lang jud magdugay kay tungod sa sweldo and makakita dayun ug better opportunity.

i have a lot of college classmates who work in pentax..

some have already been to japan for training,
others wanted to quit already because of the pay..
