Tinuod bai na project na ni Mayor Osmena ang SRP pero jurisdiction naman gud na sa Talisay City ang uban part. Im not favoring anyone, pero wala na'y mahimio si M. Tomas ana.

i dnt think he is hanggaw........bright hinuon kay gipaabot pa hapit mahuman usa gi-claim.
btaw, i dnt know if he has a right .......but im sure naa syay point kay geographically part man gyud sa Talisay ang iya gi-claim na portion.Its a up to the courts to decide.

in politics you should be a gud bluffer or even a gud player.......gullas has something in mind to point his target......he has some plans out that topic (SRP).......bluff can shift issues to other side.....a move by bluffing your political opponents by ruining something dat he knews he cant own dat thing is a wise play.......Mr. gullas tried to capture d patience of tomas osmeña.......in such a way a big collision in political andromedies can lead into a high blood pressure......the long and d short of it.......osmiña has a history of heart problems, stickyness of blood.......dats my own opinion.....we dont know how a great player in politics dominates his opponents by arguing a useless, unthinkable move to own d projects in which in d eye of the people....he is not......politcal tactics to eliminate maybe.......

pero wen times get rough for Cebu City Govt to aquire the Loan from Japan ug sa mga protesta wla man motabang sa EDDIEGUL sa Cebu City karon humana man iya na ankonon ang part nga iyaha sa talisay .... dapat i settle na nila .... tru talks .... for that masulbad ang problema .....
