...went to their office sayus buntag, took d exam, initial interview, typing, etc...
...was scheduled for a final interview 9PM....
...we went their 9PM....
....we thought final interview nalang amung gihuwat but then ug sa dihang gipa take pa mi ug Technical Exam (dapat gipa take mi ato 1st part palang sa recruitment process nila and should be before gi set-up mi for a final interview...)
....worst part.....
.....we were scheduled for a final interview 9pm ha but nag start ang interview alas 3am!!! wtf!
...worst is during d final interview, gi ingnan nalang mi na wa diay mi kapasar sa ilang technical exam! i'm not bitter hap.. my point is, after taking the technical exam at around 9pm+ they should have informed us na di mi ka proceed sa final interview since wa diay mi kapasar sa technical exam, gipa huwat pajud mi ug 6+hours!!! in d end, wa ka pasar.. naa pay uban na taga Lapu-Lapu na naghuwat jud patiently, mga mata sa mga applicants ato puwa na kaayu, duka na. worst xperience in my 6 yrs of working in d BPO industry. i never thought ingun ani diay ni sila...

worst is, ang mo interview sa technical na post kay TL daw sa Stream na gi-terminate kay nangawat ug celphone, daghang utang as per sa nakaila nko. jeeezz!

anyway, i'm not bitter, i just hate their process at d same time, sa type na company nila they don't value people na gikan ug CVG, Stream, Aegis, na makatabang ug dako sa ilang mga accounts (inbound/outbound), di man lang sila mo attempt ug "save" sa mga agents na ma reject bisag dako ug potential/experience compare sa mga way mga xperience na pangdawatun nila, mo reprofile man lang unta kung di kapasar sa TSR post, bye2x naman dayun..compare sa ubang dagkung companies, mangita jud ug way na ma profile kung asa jud ka fit so long as naa kay potential/experience. hayyy, dats my story.

any comments/suggestions/violent reactions are welcome, will not create any argument/lalis if mo comment mo, i'm so done with this company, i'l just probably read ur comments here but will not reply or post again para way lalis basta ako, i've shared my story. that's it.
