Hello everyone!
I'm an experienced call center agent, and I'm currently scouting for a good call center company. I plan on quitting my job here at my current company because of the uncertainty, politics and not to mention the emotional and psychological baggage that I and my team have been experiencing for the last couple of weeks.
Here's our status:
Shift - 10 hours (plus meeting after shift) starts 3 am
Salary- 4k every 15th
Coworkers - Don't like the attitude, very unprofessional when dealing with agents
So you can understand the level of attrition I have against my current company. So if this company can "provide" more than the things I posted above then I'll be sure to apply right away. My other friends are planning to resign too.
