ebay vs. amazon

ive been shopping in amazon for almost 4 - 7 years and so far, maayo gyud ako experience..

while ok ra pud sa ebay.. ang nakadaot lang sa ebay, dako og charge ang paypal, mokuha ang paypal og gamay na percentage.. di man gud modawat credit card ang ebay ron, strictly paypal ra gyud.

while sa amazon mas cheaper kay direct man sa credit card...


and nakabati lang pud sa amazon U.S. karon kay wala na sila standard shipping, so expedited na, nya mas mahal ang shipping.

instead of using amazon U.S., ang amazon UK ako gigamit karon, mas cheaper didto nya barato ang shipping, average mo abot ang shipment kay 10 days.. pretty fast

while sa US na amazon kay 2 to 3 weeks.



so to summarize mas ganahan ko Amazon.

ebay has alot of problems regarding to their way of their system.
ebay and paypal has only 1 owner.

Almost 80% of ebay users don't like them because they were scammed by their buyers and almost millions of dollars are with paypal.

nope, walay auction sa amazon, but they also have independent sellers like in ebay.. so naa pud sila used na mga items (cd's, books, electronics etc..)

naay bayad sa custom.. 35 pesos ang charge per item. inig deliver ana sa inyo address mangayo na ang postman og 35 pesos, then tagaan ka niya receipt.

mao pud, gi monopoly lagi sa ebay, dili sila modawat og money order, kay paypal ra gyud.

kasagaran gyud nang reklamo sa ebay kay ang mga sellers.. sila man gyud ang alakansi, kay automatic i refund sa paypal, labi na ang item ma damage sa pag mail..

accidents do happen..

sa ako lang pud ika advice sa mga sellers, kung mo ship pud sila og items, cguradoon pud unta na nila na maayo gyud pagka package.. usahay mag tinihik man gud.

ex. sa seller na bogus kanang mamaligya og guba, then ang description kay ok kuno..


but I dont think majority sa buyers ingon ana, naa baya feedback system..

and affects both buyers and sellers. then kung wala kay ayo, i ban ka sa ebay..


ok raman ebay, pero mas mo prefer lang ko sa Amazon kay cheaper man gud nya less ang charge.



pero ang nakadaot gud usahay naa item na wala sa amazon, so mapugos gyud ta sa ebay..

1. charge ang postman 35php per item, regardless pila ang amount sa item emung gi palit?
2. naa by limit na kantidad? kung over that amount e hold sa custom or asa ba kaha?
3. unsay buhaton kung dili mu abot ang item? unsay habol nato ani?
4. (ebay only), kung mahalin emung item, unsa may pama agi sa ebay? ang seller mu hatag ug commision fee to ebay? or ang buyer? or silang duha mu bayad commision fee sa ebay? pila ka percent?
