Not going to happen. Why? Simply because of legal issues. You can just take solace on Kurt Busiek and George Perez's "JLA/Avengers" comic book.

Remember the crossover event "DC vs. Marvel"? There was a plan to switch characters (just for 2 years), with Daredevil getting stuck in the DC Universe while Catwoman goes the other way. Both companies eventually scrapped the idea because it would cause a lot of legal headache in the future.
