if kaya sa budget, go for higher model video card. I prefer the cheaper brand kay based on my experience, gamay ra kaayo ang difference sa performance pero ang price dako kaayo. athlon64 3000+ venice 939 = P8,700? where did you get this price? just bought one last week for only P7200 @ arctech.

DFI Lanparty UT nf4 ultra motherboard or MSI k8n diamond or asrock dual sata 2 (best value)
mushkin, corsair, ocz dual channel ram (high-end) or GEIL 2x512mb pc400 (for value)
gecube radeon x700 256mb 128bit
any casing that looks good (sell the bundled psu)
silent op or antec psu
wireless mouse and keyboard
altec lansing or jbl speakers (optional)
flatscreen 17" aoc or viewsonic

this specs, will probably cost you around 32k - 36k.

by the way, do you really need this thing right away, cuz if not, just wait for the next amd models, pretty sure, dual core x2 and opteron prices will slide down, just a little.
